library card holders are able to borrow books and receive special discounts and invites throughout the year.

portal’s collection of over ten thousand books is the sum of multiple personal collections, plus a number of generous donations. we use the money gained through library card subscriptions to maintain, replace and acquire books, as well as pay the library’s rent.

portal is entirely volunteer owned and operated. enabled exclusively by self-funding, events, donations and library card subscriptions.

cards renew automatically. you can cancel anytime, and you will receive an email with the option of cancelling one week before renewal.
